Hey Kevin,

I tried the "best of" from the Beautiful South (Carry On Up The Charts) and I was disappointed as I was hoping for the endlessly upbeat and catchy tunes that the Housemartins produced. Did Paul Heaton abandon that sound after the band broke up? Would his recent solo album probably also disappoint me (as I am sucker for hooks, hooks, and more hooks in my music)? I trust your judgment.
