Creating false intelligence to justify war.  Many people (democrats too) and many other intelligence agencies from other countries all believed Saddam had WMD's and was a threat. We've gone over this.

Giving war contracts without bids to cronies. I'll give you that one. I didn't like it either (surprise!!) but I don't believe it's an impeachable offense. If it was I'm sure the NYT and the LAT would've covered it by now.

Use of torture as policy. Those responsible have been deservedly punished. Until 60 Minutes or Newsweek or The Smoking Gun produce a document, or a video or an audio tape with Bush personally authorizing the military to torture prisoners, or even cut their heads off, he can not be held accountable. (Can this even be used to impeach a sitting president?)

Violation of Geneva Conventions.  How? By lining up prisoners with their hands bound and shooting them in the head? Or cutting their heads off?

War crimes against civilians.  Roosevelt fire bombed Dresden. Truman nuked Nagasaki and Hiroshima. But that's beside the point. What has Bush done to civilians? Cut their heads off? He wouldn't even allow an attack on mosques filled with insurgents who were shooting at US forces (the good guys in case you've forgotten).

The list could go on and on, but this is a start.  Yeah it's a start alright.
