i myself don't usually work with heavy elements, but i have some experience with this one. it is a pain in the ass to work with.my boss/advisor, whom i consider to be a superb physicist and all-around good guy, has this same announcement posted on his door across the hall from me. the report has been circulating for awhile with the element given the name "Administratium". i remember it was a favourite among scientists attempting to deal with the government bureaucracy at los alamos national laboratory.
