They're supposed to. Who do you think does more good in the world? The US or the UN? If you lived somewhere and needed help quickly (food, money, aid, protection etc) who would you go to first? The US or the UN?

For the record, I believe Bolton would do more harm than good. He has a reputation as a hot head and this video seems to point that out.  He should not be confirmed. Beside, that's one gawdawful mustache.
