For the record, I believe Bolton would do more harm than good. He has a reputation as a hot head and this video seems to point that out. He should not be confirmed. Beside, that's one gawdawful mustache.
I could care less either way. This confirmation is such a smokescreen for the upcoming Supreme Court Justice confirmations anyway.
