No, Freddy.  It is still legal for medical purposes in the 10 or so states that have passed statutes for legal medicinal marijuana use.  The court decision upholds Federal jurisdiction to prosecute, which means a person using medical marijuana may or may not be charged if Federals check out those particular individuals.   There is still a chance that the Supreme Court decision could be overturned by Congress. Of note, dissenting judges included Sandra Day O'Connor, William Rehnquist, and Clarence Thomas.  I thought this was the government that talked about preserving States' rights.  It seems they have a very selective way of accomplishing that, like if it comes to guns, etc....

By the way, Fredddie good ol' boy, I don't quite see patients racked with pain or terminal illnesses, that derive some benefit from prescribed marijuana as being "pot heads".
