There's nothing "liberal" about this decision but I am sure it will be used by the right to fuel their "activist judges" fire. Judges are to interpret the constitution without partisian bias, at least that's what the right keeps screaming on the floor of the senate ,so we must assume that none of these judges would ever inject any of their own beliefs into these arguments, yeah right.
