There's nothing "liberal" about this decision but I am sure it will be used by the right to fuel their "activist judges" fire. Judges are to interpret the constitution without partisian bias, at least that's what the right keeps screaming on the floor of the senate ,so we must assume that none of these judges would ever inject any of their own beliefs into these arguments, yeah right.
Block wake up here. You just lost one of your rights. The right to own and hold property. Not one of the judges to the decision came from the right. It had everything to do with liberalism and new ways to gather tax revenue. I'm glad some of the left up here see at least where this is heading and it ain't good
