Pat, what have you heard down there about Chinese troops in Mexico and Panama? Nothing whats up?

I heard a glimpse of a radio snippet about Chinese troops training in Mexico and stationed in Panama. Thought I'd ask if you'd heard anything.

Did some research today but couldn't find much of value excepting that a Chinese company associated with the PLA does hold the contract for managing both ends of the canal.

Just trying to be vigilant.
