Well, judging from my experiences, if someone is so quick to slap a lawsuit at anyone who suggest/accuse or remotely hint that he is a poof, he most likely is one. I would even suggest that Tom is quite possibly the most sexually insecure man in Hollywood.
You would think with 2 ex wives and countless girlfriends something would leak. Seems like every 2 years or so there is

Is she or isn't she? I think it would kill her politically if she was, especially when considering the presidency. I would have to wonder if the right would dig and dig when she runs. I would like a show of hands that want her in the White House. Does the word bitch come to mind when you see her?
