I've noticed when several of our conservatives here are faced with some facts and asked questions they sort of deflect answering.

The avoiding of Gannon/Guckert is no suprise to me (though I find it quite odd that in comparison the conservatives had an obsession with Clinton's heterosexual activities, but now refuse to even acknowledge the homosexual activities going on under their noses, when at other times they do nothing but talk about gay issues - or I should say sermonize).

But they are good at avoiding answers. For example, some time ago when Pat was repeating the talking points of O'Lielly about the Geneva Conventions only covering uniformed soldiers, I asked him what should we expect when Special Forces members are not wearing uniforms on covert operations, or for that matter, remember the young CIA agent killed during the time of the American Taliban? He and his colleagues were wearing civillian clothing.

Never got an answer....
