So Ian, I'm playing disk golf almost daily. (4 or more times a week).
What disks brands do you like? I'm playing Innova mostly because that is what is sold down here. I never could get the hang of the backhand throw (though I've seen a guy fling one across our park 450 ft) so I throw mostly forhand. My best disk is a Valkarie 169 gm.
Oh and you Burn Unit Disk 1 is good.
