y'all never fail to bring it down to the personal as quickly and dirtily as Karl Rove himself. Nevertheless, I unfortunately agree that watching the White House whitewash this will make the WMD debacle seem a warm-up. If people can't get actively incensed at the latter, they're not going to pay much attention (alas) to Rove, Plame and (shivers) Bob Novack.
