What a lame ass defense. You know they did this with the intentions of the desired reults they achived. You know they discussed all the loop holes for "just in case he got caught". You know that at least Dick is lying about having any fore knowledge of this and maybe, most likely ,even G.W. is too.  You know they have all been keeping this under the carpet for two years.
