When I was knew to my occupation the smartest thing a cantankerous old supervisor told us was that Thanksgiving is probably the most dangerous of holidays. That you have all these family members coming together for a few days and after the first or second day of drinking and eating together, some of them realize how much they don't get along with some of the others and then the fighting starts. Soon, the holiday is over, the family members part and not long after that bygones are bygones and the next family disruption is all ready being planned.

That's how I see it here for the most part. People will type some things, others will get pissed and stomp off for a while and then come back when emotions have lifted a bit to make things tolerable again.
