While I'm Popping off here, I'd like to point out that according to the UN resolution, Material Breach occurs if Iraq Lies on the declaration AND interferes with the inspectors trying to verify said information.  So, even though they trotted out Colin Powell to make the announcement, Iraq is Not in Material Breach of the UN resolution. 

The scary part is the only news source I heard mention this fact was one of those blond uber-babes on Fox.
