Last night I visited a friend that does a radio show on the campus station, WWSP. I got him to play Fishbone's cover of Aids and Armageddon, followed by Love #29 off of HCTNFU. Both albums are in the station's library.
They actually write down song and date played on a slip of paper, and keep it in the CD case. Kind of interesting to pull out a 20 year old "alternative" disc and see the ebbs and tides of history. An album will go unplayed for years, then suddenly get played a few times, then back into hibernation.
