Well, unfortunately, Clark was "swiftboated" by the Rebuplican spin machine. No one on that side of the fence will lend him an open ear. he's an evil, lying liberal, remember ? They do a fine job of making sure their shrinking army of goose steppers know who to read, listen too and who to ignore, while all along ,convincing others that they should cast doubt on those in the talking points memos.
