A superstore/warehouse chain called Cosco has a different business model than most. They pay much higher wages and have a happier work force as evidenced by minimal employee theft/shrinkage(which more than makes up for the higher wages) and exceptional employee retention(which also adds to the bottom line as constantly training new personnel is expensive).Just a thought.
