well that's pretty cool.  Hell it's DAMNED cool, but I can see big problems with that car.  It's got 8 wheels and tires and I'll bet it eats those things for breakfast (think turns). Performance tires (Z rated, which that car would need) are hugely expensive and they last half what a normal tire does (if that). It also uses lithium ion batteries, which while they are my favorite rechargeables (eco friendly, no memory effect) they also don't last all that long. 5 years if you're lucky...used or not.  On that car they are 2/3rds of the price of the car for cryin' out loud!  Ain't no way I would ever be able to spend a quarter mil on fossil fuel over five years on my existing cars...even if gasoline was 50 bux a gallon. Not even anywhere close...assuming I even COULD afford it.  Now at $100/gal we'd be getting close.  But then I'm just gonna ride my horse anyway.

Real nice concept car though...gotta give it that. zoom zoom zoom!
