a bud in Big Bear turned me on to Dougie Maclean a while back.
The album I’m listening to is Tribute. There’re plenty others,
& this one is probably not the definitive Dougie Maclean,
but songs like Slave’s Lament, & Neil Gow’s Lament
-- yeah, there’s much lamenting therein, Rattlin’ Roarin’ Willie,
...a very cool rendition of Auld Lang Syne, & last but certainly
no less least, for m’ pal mickydolenz: Farewell to Whiskey
...make for a noteworthy piece of music appreciation...
