Nope. Venice Boardwalk. Used to be the perfect barometer for
gang tension--only place in town where the crips, bloods, la eme,
and the lapd would all hang out. They all seemed to like to sort of
stand around and sneer menacingly at one another. And the
tourists winding through without a clue... Venice Beach. Where
the debris meets the sea.
