Sue the fuckers. Get a good lawyer and make their lives miserable, if nothing else. It's none of their business what you do on YOUR lunch break. It's YOUR lunch break.

Firstly, do NOT quit! Stay. Very important. If you quit, you will have less grounds to sue. Stay, and keep doin' what you're doing; ie use your lunch to keep taking Kim to daycare. If they FIRE you (which they won't wanna do...believe me...'cause the payback is a real bitch for them, and they know it. They will be only too overjoyed if you quit...then you make it easy for 'em). If they FIRE you...that's when you get a lawyer and file it on grounds of discrimination. What they're doing is not only disgusting, it's illegal. ILLEGAL. You are in Miami area. There are tons of great lawyers. DO IT.. sue 'em.

My personal lawyer here in Maryland is the guy you want. Too bad he's not down there. He'd hand their asses to them on a platter. He's saved mine a time or two. Similar scenarios. I'd be glad to discuss details with you over dinner some time.
