Al Gore’s recent, outlandish remarks to a Saudi audience not only represent his own scorn for the United States, they are also reflective of this country’s liberal establishment. In short, the overriding sentiment of the left towards America is one of complete contempt. And even a cursory consideration of past and present statements from prominent liberals yields ample supporting evidence for this contention.

These media folk for the GOP-spin turn this phrase so easily. Un-American...or scorn for America. It’s just become too easy to say. & it’s NEVER been more of a deception. To claim that folks like Al Gore who have a history of endeavored intellectual service to humanity are unAmerican...just rubs me ragged. It’s that point-counterpoint design that is all too easy to shove down the public’s throat...daily. & it’s effectively counterproductive to human growth.
Not that I b’lieve this cat is the be all and end all of American hierarchal affluence, ...but I don’t see him as the lesser of two evils either. All I’m asking for, at this juncture of another twisted decade in history, is some depth of apt service to Earth & humanity...with an easy tone of erudite benevolence and just a hint of selflessness & quiet inner courage. Imagine the horror in the Senate...to have creative well-thinkers shaking a big-azz stick? Imagine if the people could actually vote their conscience...rather than their red/team-blue team “I’ll define God for you...because I’m revolting on the inside” indignation.
I tell you what. If the newest product of furtive culture nutlamps who waves a cross at the American middle as he/she mockingly rips off our heads and shidts down our necks for sake of greed-sustenance-design...wins the next election for Prez, ...I’m fckn moving to another plane of existence via herbal deep-tissue-three-chord meditation. & I’m taking the last three generations of relations & the past 30 some years with me...because it’s become so much of a deception that I don’t know what to tell my progeny anymore (the low key deceits of the 20th century were tolerable when it was a bit less “hey fck you anyway” blatant & allowed for the bulk of the country to prosper), and I think we need an air of common sense back in the more earnest mindsets of humanity. Devise, process, package, target, advertise, sell & the bottom-line for the B.O.D. is just not enough anymore; ...the few who benefit from it primarily are starving-out the many. Do they know they’re weakening themselves in the process? What a great land we’re selling-out to squander. Have we broken “existence” beyond repair?
Yes. Yes. Uh-Hmm. Yep, ...I know even the 20th century was hampered by me-me-my-my & allowed for the bulk of the planet to live in relative starvation, ...but, man, ...how does one define prosperity?
