Wasn't it "Unpatriotic" to attempt to seize control of the government to achieve some narrow agenda? Wasn't the role of government to protect the freedoms of the individual and allow us to live in peace and harmony despite our different personal beliefs?
I mean that means that the government should not work to marginalize or demonize any individual or group of Americans based on their beliefs. Their role should be specific. As it stands right now we have a government that appears to function only to demonize, marginalize, and alienate. It doesn't get any more unpatriotic or un-american than that.
Hey Reggie, finally got around to reading one of your posts and it only took 6 hours. I wanted to point out a fundamental weakness in your style that mirrors some of the points you made...see with the above quote about guv'ment...you demonstrate a naivety (damn I spelt that wrong) about American history that sets you up for the (relative) ignorance you cherish about 'America'...ya see it was never what you think it was, is. nor will it be.... it is SAMSARA...no not that bloody fragrance...it's just a place where people fuck (metaphorically) each other senseless and it's time buddy that you stoppped cherishing an idealised place that never existed...that my friend is the root of your current suffering...now unburden yourself of this pile of shit you carry...and know thyself. And when you've done that drive down to NY and give Cassandra a good 'ol fashioned rogering for me....that bitch mightily gets on my nerves...
