Hey Gene, did you see the article in the New Yorker about Breaux, an ecological chemist, who is trying to find the recipe for Absinthe? His home was wiped out by Katrina and the only things he saved were his jacket, some art work and a collection of 100 year old absinthe. Whew, wonder what that stuff would taste like.
