more of a philosophical point than a specific instruction... if you read bill evans' liner notes for "kind of blue", you'll get the inference. but spare lines, and the sense of a revealed skeletal structure... that's what i'm looking for, rather than pseudo- authentic japanese calligraphy. does that make any sense?
