And I am as guilty as the next one. I commute to work. If I could ride my bike, I would, but it's too far, and the weather in Maryland sucks most of the year. The only pledge I have made is to make my next car a hybrid vehicle. We need alternatives to the gas powered engine, and for those changes to be implemented, we need the automobile industry to be doing something to make the change. They won't.
