If I am remembering correctly, which is doubtful, wasn't he on NPR about 4 months ago? 

I don't know but I am sure this was way more then 4 months ago.

He was wanting to push his new book and was upset that they hadn't invited him to do so on their soapbox. He actually referred to himself as the "most important author in America today", that was a huge turn off for me.
