I was just waiting for a cabbie to open his car door at "the opportune moment" and watch one of those knuckleheads get launched toward uptown.
If these idiots want to act that way on a closed course, so be it. Weaving through traffic, dodging pedestrians, and running red lights endangers everyone, even in the daily roll of the dice that is NYC traffic.
