Talk about hilarious, Zidane isn't allowed back on the pitch to recieve his loser medal, or more importantly to let the French supporters applaud him after his final match, but still wins best player. Now the Italians will have something to distract the public from the impending trial(s) of all their corrupt Serie A clubs. Overall it was a great tournament, some wonderful goals and yes the socceroos deserved a place in the semifinals at least. Maybe Zidane will deliver a Nixon-esque " You won't have Zizou to kick around anymore" speech later this week. That would be priceless.
