The whole concept of the Cup being decided on penalty kicks is ridiculous. I heard a comment that I agree with entirely: deciding the world cup on penalty kicks is like deciding the nba championship with a game of horse.

My only regret, if the speculation of what was said is accurate, is that the head butt didn't break 5 or 6 ribs.
