Here's an idea that could get the whole thing done, which I stole from a friend on another site (see below).  We get a DBIS group account through G mail.  Then we can do the song swapping, burning there and it's basically an "instant" exchange.  It would ostensibly replace Burn Unit.  So if Dan could set up a Collective DBIS email account, we could do the same?  Just an idea.   We then need address and p word, and it's done.

As far as selling tunes (of your own), the best place I've found is CD Baby.   My Space I think allows you to MP3 download, but I'm not sure one gets paid for the downloads.

Dig it. I stole the idea from somewhere else, but it's great. We now have a collective forum email account with I believe, limitless data storage on gmail. I figured this would be a cool way to basically quickly throw music at each other, which we're constantly doing anyway.
