You brought up a really good point in that how did they get her letter? I do know that at any time our school district's ets crew can go in and read any email sent through the school system they want and we are told that they can do so. This is probably true with any email anywhere. The "letter" seems very choppy and for a teacher, not well written, so, is it the true version? Another example of smoke and mirrors.
