Dan remember that chat we had June 23rd/26th about not pulling out the (dysfunctional) psychic defences of someone who does not have the resources to sustain such a blow to their ego-structure (and especially someone who has experienced trauma that now manifests in extreme physical abnormalities the Hippocratic Oath comes to mind).
