There’s two things that happen to your faith,” she said. “Either you let it go and get bitter, or you grow stronger — and we’ll grow stronger.” - Rita Rose, a local nurse and midwife who delivered several children in the PA Amish community, that the mother of a 13-year-old girl who died has forgiven Roberts, the shooter in the 5- killings in PA.

I lost my nephew in a tragic accident in early 2004, and I thought befopre that time that my faith was as firm as the ground that Superman stood.  I found out later [and still do] how weak that I am [and still am].  My faith hasn't been as strong as it once was.  So, I can't imagine to this type of tragedy recently involving the deaths/killings of 5- children how I would even react to that!?!  And I am one who is even strong against capitol punishment.  Would I reconsider my stand? Hmmm....
