Flubland refers to Chicago, home of the Chicago Flubs. I use that for simplicity - my preferred description of the town involves the translation of the Indian word Chicago "air of skunk". It's not the windy city, it's the stinky city.
Wisconsin is the land of cheese and cannibals, and we've recently added most corrupt state government to that moniker.
