However, he accepted worship, and just as he never said he was
God(in the flesh), he never refuted anyone who acknowledged him
as such. And in fact, wasn't that why the Sanhedrin, made up of
Pharisees and Saddusees demanded his crucifiction, because they
understood him to be making himself equal with God:
Joh 5:18* Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because
he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his
Father, making himself equal with God.Lastly, if Jesus were not sinless, we Christians would of all men be
most miserable, because as any practicing Jew will tell you, in order
for the sin offerings to be acceptable to God, well the terms
'without spot or blemish' are regularly mentioned. A sinner is
neither of those things.
Nu 19:2 This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath
commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they
bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and
upon which never came yoke:
Heb 9:14
