But is he on our team KG?

Or a wolf in sheeps clothing?

Scripture has numerous warnings in this regard. Especially as the day is approaching.

On either hand, it is bad for Christianity because Hassert will always be thought of as a Christian. Not unlike the internet misquotation and so on.

I'd never heard of him either, but then I am inherent suspicious of the so called mega churches, and/or preachers fronting special interest organizations in the statehouses, DC or the UN. The spiritual math suggests extreme caution.

And Mick, I'll take that one:

Too my knowledge, Jesus never directly said he was sinless. However, he accepted worship, and just as he never said he was God(in the flesh), he never refuted anyone who acknowledged him as such. And in fact, wasn't that why the Sanhedrin, made up of Pharisees and Saddusees demanded his crucifiction, because they understood him to be making himself equal with God: Joh 5:18* Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.

Lastly, if Jesus were not sinless, we Christians would of all men be most miserable, because as any practicing Jew will tell you, in order for the sin offerings to be acceptable to God, well the terms 'without spot or blemish' are regularly mentioned. A sinner is neither of those things. Nu 19:2 This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke: Heb 9:14 1Pe 1:19

Hope that helps.
