David, it's already lawless there.  The mayor of Moscow has basically run the town as his own personal playground for the past few years.  We all know that the current Ukrainian president was poisoned by the (then incumbent) opposition, which was firmly backed by Moscow.  And you don't think Mikhail Khodorkhovsky actually was that far arrears in his taxes do you?  I go to Russia 1-2 times a year through my work, and although I like many aspects of the country, I'm under no illusions about its leadership.
