What an interesting conclusion(marked !!! ) I stumbled upon.
WHY NOT SWEAR UPON THE CONSTITUTION, INSTEAD OF THE

ANYTHING ELSE. It doesn't mean the person HAS to believe in God to swear
on the bible, where does it say that ANYWHERE????. The point is that NO DAMN MAN (OR WOMAN) CAN BE A
DICTATOR! That our freedom, and liberty come as from a
Creator, not from one man's power or weak tyrannical mind. If
we happen to get one good, then one bad man or (woman)
the whole thing is corrupted! Does anyone's rage with the thought of a God interfere with
their ability to understand that many of us would rather place
our liberty, and freedom ABOVE that which would be present
inside of the mind of mankind as he is here on earth at this
time and place?!!! Even through the whole time I was an atheist which was
most of my life basically, I still cherished the thought that NO
MAN could give me my rights. Even though there WAS no God.
NO IDIOT of a king, or dictator could take AWAY my GOD
GIVEN RIGHTS. Even IF that said God was a wisp of
imagination, it was still out of reach for a MORTAL to control
ME! My life is my own, and as long as I do not tread on my
fellows, I am FREE to pursue life, liberty and happiness! The
Constitution was based and written upon the premise that the
CREATOR gives us rights, not some idiot person. The
Constitution WAS NOT BASED UPON THE KORAN. I think the Atheists are a bunch of commie/facist mutants
(ACLU ect...) out to get control, and they will if we let them
dictate to us how the world should be. And then those who
truly come into power will demolish those who helped them
get there, just as it has always been. So much for learning from history.
