They should all be removed and severely punished, regardless of affiliation. Why severely? because they pretend to know what's best for their constituents while holding positions of special privelege.

And for my money, every member of Congress who voted for the Patriot Acts without reading them, and without demanding extensive public debate, have abrogated their duties and should be punished accordingly, which would include the Administration.

ps Clinton should have been removed for perjury. The ABA thought it sufficiently grievious that his licence was suspended. Not that he needed it, but ....
