You lost me with your Grohl bashing. I didn't see that broadcast so perhaps he did look out of place amongst the dinosaurs, but to say he lacks in talent is utterly laughable. The guy can drum, play guitar, write songs, and sing Despite his youth he's already been an integral part already of now three succesful bands - Nirvana, Foo Fighters and now Queens of the Stone Age.
