I'm reading a book about teaching children meditation so hopefully...I'll find a way in...other half having been to India a few times has got much time for sitting...there's as many approaches as there are people so be patient your karma is ripening and it can take time to find the inspiration to start developing that 'groundlessness'...but Pema Chodron has it all really and she's female so i'd say you could relate to her style...
