My first choices have already been mentioned. When I hear "Amused To Death" I think of "Triage" and visa versa. I can imagine both sets as a massive double disc collaboration of two like minds. ( and you get Jeff Beck thrown in )

I also would have picked those New Grass Revival guys, don't know why, except that they are all musician's musicians and I love their work seperately for different reasons. I have no idea how that would fit into what Mr. Baerwald does but those guys can play anything with anybody and make it jaw dropping. I would have to add Edgar Meyer and Jerry Douglas into that mix as well.
