I didn't do anything yet, I need to hear where/when/if this is really on, but I usually use Expedia.com and they shop the rates for you. Far enough in advance and it's usually pretty reasonable. Another good bet would be Southwest Airlines, especially for flying out west, if they have service in your area (they are not on Expedia or Orbitz) you must go to their website. I think their service is marginal, and there's no inflight movies, but they are relatively cheap, and offer great supersaver deals, and even refund fares on certain flights if you cancel. I know they fly out of Manchester NH and Burlington VT.
Anything booked for flights to LA area including Orange county ; also check out Ontario (near San Bernardino) this far in advance for June should be relatively "affordable".
See you in LA, maybe. I can't do early June, that's Western Maryland Blues Fest...which you should also put on your calendar. Joe Bonamassa returns, and Charlie Hunter is scheduled! Great vibs, well run fest and very good microbrews/wine and food served.
