Actually I have a third question for you that's much easier:

Is Rudy really your guy for 08?
Mit Romney is not a factor right now. McCain does not have a prayer and Fred Thomson is new on the scene and does have the ability to raise the necessary funds. Besides he wants to renew his contract on Law and Order. Rudy is more popular that Hillary right now and I feel his stance on terrorism would be tough. I've yet to hear his stance on illegal immigration.

I'd have sworn you'd be a Fred Thompson guy, that's what the new marching orders from certain quarters say...figured you'd have got them. Rudy is a tough sell with the Christian Right so there are a lot of doubts about his electability.

and here just to make this easier I'll give you the other two questions but you really should read the rest of my other post because there's an explanation of why I'm asking these questions:

1. Why did the House Judiciary subcommittee on commercial and administrative law vote "without objection" and according to most sources unanimously and unchallenged to authorize subpoenas for Kyle Sampson, Karl Rove, Harriet Miers, William Kelley, and Scott Jennings and also to compel the production of documents related to the firings from those officials and Gonzales, Fielding and White House chief of staff Joshua Bolton?
Because if they did object the chair of that House Judiciary committee would have cried afoul. That something was being hidden. And we would see that plastered all over the front pages.

2. Why did the Senate vote 92-4 to repeal the portion of the Patriot Act which gave the Attorney General the right to appoint new US Attorneys without congressional oversight?
Why does the Senate talk about term limits yet nothing ever happens? Maybe they saw what happened in the Reno firing and decided mass firings like the Reno debacle in '93 should not happen again

I'll be out of my office for the rest of the day today so tonight I'll be back excited to read your reply!
