I agree, Green.  And wackos that go postal like this, will somehow find a weapon anyways despite the gun laws.  Case in point is Marc Lepine, the shooter during the 1989 Ecole Polytechnique Massacre in Montreal.  Handguns are illegal in Canada except for law enforcement agents.  The average citizen does not own a gun.  He had, from what I recall 2 weapons one of which was a semiautomatic rifle, and plenty of ammo....14 women killed.
