yeah, it is...
those who are or have ever been (then let their subscription run-out, yep) 10C members received/receive a Christmas package from PJ once a year. Inside is a special edition cut of unreleased songs…on vinyl (of various speeds)…’cause that’s the way that Pearl Jam swings I suppose. They like their vinyl sounds, man. I do too, but a couple years ago I got so blown away by a cat named Horace Oracle & his recroom of 70s pinball & collectible science fiction toys/memorabilia and wall-to wall vinyl LPs in cherry condition, all in heavy plastic sleeves and organized ~~ no kidding, this room was like
a monument to Castaneda meets Wolfman Jack meets Jim Ladd. …………….Whoops, digressed…what I was getting at is I was so killed by the weekend I spent there very lit & very turned-on to the depth of tone of rock & roll LP records in a room full of every science fiction monster and gadget known, including a theremin…, that I gave him my turntable (a pretty good one). Seemed like the honorable thing to do. No regrets...heh-heh. Now the vinyl we have just looks good in the little wooden Napa Valley Box Co. crate…collecting dust.
