Bombing military targets in Baghdad

So far the only places bombed in Baghdad have been military installations. By watching the coverage I can see where you could conclude that all of Baghdad was being bombed. There is a problem though in that many of the military installations have been built amongst public places such as hospitals and schools but so far those have been left alone.
