I took Ed's advice and checked out Hamell on Trial tonight. Yes, Ed Hamell made it to sleepy little New Hampshire. This was an extraordinary evening of hilarious storytelling, political observations, graphic sexual content, and the occasional three chords. Hamell is a cross between Bill Hicks, Joe Strummer, and, err, Barney Frank! Yes, that'll do nicely. His performance was mesmerizing, moving, witty, and provocative (in the extreme). And that's not puffery. You must experience this man! Thanks again, Ed!
